Details on Shipping

To simplify your purchase, we are using a graduated shipping scheme that assumes the more you spend, the more it'll cost to ship the goods. It is based on the price of the goods you have purchased, and tends to get cheaper for you the more stuff you buy. To avoid hefty charges, combine your orders, or buy that extra book - you deserve it.

You might think we are making a fortune on shipping... sadly, Canada Post charges a much higher price than our Southern neighbour's mail system. Check the label on your package when you receive it! Sometimes we make a few bucks on shipping. Sometimes we lose a few bucks. Often we are very close to the actual cost of shipping. This is how it is for small companies in the Great White North.

      • The shipping costs listed in our Store are for Canada and the continental United States.
      • If you are elsewhere, we will contact you to let you know if there will be any surcharges.
      • We will ship next day by air if at all possible.
      • Most parcels should arrive to you within 8-14 days.

How To Order

      • To purchase items, click on the "Add To Cart" buttons below. This will add the items to your Shopping Cart.
      • Click on "View Cart" at any time to see what you've accumulated.
      • In the "View Cart" screen, click on "Checkout" to finalize your purchase.
      • If you want multiple quantities of an item, type the number in the quantity column at the shopping cart, and click on "update shopping cart" before continuing - otherwise it will stay at one item.
      • If you don't have a credit card, you can still pay by cheque - simply contact us by email and we'll send you an invoice. Sorry, but we can't ship anything until AFTER we have been paid.
      • Other payment schemes, like Google Money, might be acceptable. Drop us a line to ask if it's ok to use these other methods of payment. Certain forms of payment, like direct credit card purchase, will not be accepted, except through PayPal. Do not send us your credit card number!
